Job Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines or by hand.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and tableware are clean and sanitised.
  • Keep the dishwashing area and kitchen clean, tidy, and organised.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables according to hygiene standards.
  • Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning and housekeeping duties as required.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast pace restaurant.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods due to high volume.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
