💰 $12/hr
📅 6-Month Contract | Start 1 Dec 2026
⏰ Office Hours | 5 Days/Week
- 📅 Mon–Thu: 8:00AM–5:30PM
- 📅 Fri: 8:00AM–5:00PM
- 🍱 1-hour lunch break
👩💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Attend to patients' enquiries & provide assistance
* Register patients and support clinic counter operations
* Assist patients who require additional support
* Handle referral records and documentation
* Assist doctors with requests
* Provide basic financial counselling at registration
* Support clinic surveys & administrative tasks
* Monitor at-risk patients and refer them to the Medical Social Worker when required
* Maintain general cleanliness & housekeeping
