Job Summary/Benefits:
- Salary details: Basic up to $2000 - $2800
- Working days and hours: 5 days/ 42 hours [Mon- Fri : 8.30am – 6.00pm]
- Location of work: Jurong East/Perennial Business City
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Service & Operations team at HQ.
- Assist with updating and maintaining records, systems and internal information.
- Support the team in reviewing and organising documents and data.
- Help to compile information and prepare presentation slides and reports.
- Assist with intranet content updates and housekeeping to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with different teams to follow up on tasks, information and requests.
