You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Contract Review Support!
Contract Review Support
Location: Raffles Place
Duration: Asap – 12 Months, Office Hours
Salary: Up to $3,600/Mth + Completion Business
Job scope:
- Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers to support Bank IT project
- Work closely with Procurement, Legal, and IT teams to protect the Bank’s interests and ensure cost-effective agreements
- Ensure all contracts comply with bank policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Advise stakeholders on contract terms, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and colleagues to promote risk awareness and compliance
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Singaporeans Only
- Minimally 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, vendor management, commercial analysis, or related functions
- Experience reviewing contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), quotations, commercial proposals, and supporting procurement documentation will be advantageous
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, vendors, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams
