We are looking for a skilled Chinese Cuisine Cook with experience in wok hei dishes for our brand Xi Tang Kitchen.
Location: Rochor MRT | Sim Lim Square
Work Days: 6 days a week, including weekends and PH
Work Hours: 10 hours / day
Job Description
- Prepare and cook food according to the menu and recipes.
- Ensure food quality and consistency.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimise food wastage.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

✅ Able to work weekends and public holidays
✅ Weekly rest day provided
