QC Inspector (CMM / FAI) – 4-Day Work Week
Working Hours: Mon – Thu, 8:15 PM – 8:15 AM (Permanent Night Shift)
Working Location: Tuas
Company Transport: Pick-up from Woodlands & Lakeside
Salary: Basic up to $2,500 + OT + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), incoming, in-process and final inspections.
• Conduct dimensional measurements using CMM, vision systems, FARO, Keyence LMX and other measuring instruments.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports and record measurement results.
• Identify defective products and report non-conformance issues.
• Ensure measuring equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Work with production, engineering and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Support quality audits and continuous improvement activities.
Job Requirements:
• Experience in QC inspection, FAI, CMM measurement or manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T is an advantage.
• Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work permanent night shifts and overtime when required.
