Location: Raffles Place
Admin - Catering / Pantry Assistant shall assist to
Administrative duties :
-Administrative support to catering team - printing, data entry, upload photos, prepare spreadsheets / reports timely
-Ensure all information is accurate & file properly ; any other duties assigned
Catering/ Pantry Duties :
- Receive / weigh food, lifting heavy items 12kg.
- Conducting surveys to gather feedback on the food and ensuring that everyone's Badge is swiped before taking the food.
- Setting up the buffet and clearing it on time.
- Topping up food
- Taking before and after photos and sending them via the photo app to the WhatsApp group.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the sink, disposing of waste and organizing utensils neatly.
- Taking stock and reporting any inventory needs
Requirements:
• Basic Food & Hygiene Certificate / Ms Office / PC literate
• Wear a black plain polo tee, black long pants, and black covered shoes (without logo/design).
• Be physically fit.
Working Time/ Weekly Payment
• Mon to Fri
- 8am to 4pm - Admin / Catering Assistant - $96/day ( 8 h x $12/h ) - paid break
-7am to 4pm - Pantry Assistant - $99/day ( 8.25 h x $12/h ) - 45 mins break
-3pm to 930pm - Catering Assistant - $78/day ( 6.5h x $12/h) - no break
• Mon to Sun ( can work 3-4 days) - Vivo City
- 11am to 10pm - Japanese Service Crew- $126/day ( 9 h x $14/h ) -2h paid break
• Mon to Sat (Far East Square)
- 11am to 10pm - Korean Service Crew- $117/day ( 9h x $13/h ) - can work 11am to 3pm ($52) or 5pm to 10pm ($65)
