Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing inquiries, processing orders, and managing complaints.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform F&B factory general administrative duties.
· Execute and manage all order processing transactions including but not limited to order entry, managing order changes, follow up on payment, handling order enquiries and complaints.
· Actively monitor orders and inform customers when delivery schedule changes.
· Maintain proper documents and filing.
· Data entry and documentation duties.
· Answering phone call.
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
· Ability to communicate with customer.
Requirements:
· Based on business needs and working schedule. (Weekend or holiday shifts is required)
· Able to commence work on short notice.
· Good team player.
· Must be self-motivated, proactive, independent and possess good communication skills.
· Computer literate, Excel, and Word proficient.
· Able to commit to overtime when required.
· Possess at least 1 years of experience within the administrative function.
· Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese is required.
