You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, a well-known brand name in the mass retail industry as Retail Senior/Sales Associate
📍Location: Orchard
⏰ Working Hours: 5 days/week, retail hours
💰Salary:
- Sales Associate: $2,200 – $2,800 Basic + Commission
- Senior Sales Associate: $2,800 – $3,000 Basic + Commission
Job scope:
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Provide accurate product information, answer customer inquiries, and offer suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Assist customers with product selection, promotions, and basic troubleshooting where applicable.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including basic housekeeping duties such as tidying shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring a presentable retail environment.
- Support daily store operations, including restocking items, checking inventory levels, and assisting with merchandising tasks.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors to support smooth and efficient store operations.
Requirements:
✨At least 1-2 years experience in sales/retail promoter experience is preferred
✨Presentable and confident in engaging customers
