S$3000 - 3700 / month

Lulu’s Lounge is looking for a confident, highly motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support and guide the team, and ensure smooth service while delivering an exceptional experience for every guest.

Main Responsibilities
-Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
-Supervise, guide, and support team members during operations.
-Maintain Company standards for service, cleanliness, grooming, and guest experience.
-Assist with staff training, scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
-Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
-Monitor stock, wastage, equipment, and general operational requirements.
-Ensure compliance with Company policies, food safety, workplace safety, and licensing requirements.
-Assist the Manager with reports, events, promotions, and other operational matters.
-Report operational issues and provide feedback or recommendations to Management.-
-Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements
-Previous experience in F&B operations, hospitality, or a similar supervisory role.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to supervise, motivate, and support team members effectively.
-Good organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Customer-oriented with the ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
-Knowledge of service standards, food hygiene, workplace safety, and operational procedures.
-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
-Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
-Responsible, proactive, and professional, with a positive attitude towards teamwork.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, lounges, hotels or nightlife is preferred.

Salary Range depend on experience
