Job Summary
The Senior Executive - Business Development is responsible for business development, managing key accounts, marketing, sales of both broad-based and niche logistics services including performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers and meeting sales targets.
He/She is responsible for analysing customer needs and supporting development of integrated logistics solutions for customers.
He/She is responsible for gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders, planning and implementing logistics projects, in the process liaise and manage contractors and vendors, ensuring the project life-cycle is followed through and performed in accordance to project requirements.
Analytical and systematic, he/she is required to explore alternative solutions and analyse feasibility of plans. He/She is also expected to co-ordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement new processes and technologies to offer innovative solutions to customers.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional qualifications) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
- Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
