Shoe Salesperson ( Basic + Comm )
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell footwear and customised insoles.
- Assist customers with product selection and fitting.
- Perform foot measurements and learn basic foot analysis and insole adjustments.
- Operate POS systems and foot-measuring equipment.
- Provide good customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Rotate between assigned outlets as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain products clearly to customers.
- Strong customer service and sales-closing skills.
- Comfortable learning to operate retail systems and foot-measuring equipment.
- Willing to rotate between assigned branches until capable of working independently.
