What You’ll Do
- Attend to walk-in policyholders and Financial Representatives
- Handle Life and General Insurance policy enquiries
- Follow up on unresolved customer requests
- Manage feedback, appeals and minor complaints
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure proper closure
- Support Digital Communications and Call Centre duties when required
- Follow regulatory and compliance procedures
- Assist with projects and other assigned duties
- Be open to rotation among different service centres
Requirements
- Minimum GCE A-Level, Diploma or Degree
- Comfortable working in a frontline environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and customer-focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI, M5, M9, M9A or Health Insurance would be an advantage
