Your Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and requests over the phone
  • Provide accurate information and timely assistance
  • Record customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up on unresolved requests
  • Escalate complex issues for further support
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Complete requests within service timelines
  • Attend training sessions and team briefings
  • Support projects and other assigned duties

Requirements

  • GCE A-Levels or Diploma preferred
  • Relevant customer-service experience is advantageous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling phone enquiries
  • Pleasant, cheerful and service-oriented
  • Meticulous and responsible
  • Able to work independently and within a team
