📦 HIRING: STOCKTAKING TEAM LEAD
📍 Location: Changi
Experienced in warehouse or inventory operations? Join us to lead a stocktaking team and coordinate inventory counts across warehouses and designated sites.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of stocktakers.
• Plan monthly stocktake schedules to complete annual inventory counts.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prepare stocktaking item lists.
• Create and manage stocktake records in Enterprise and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Oversee physical stock counts at warehouses and designated units/vessels.
• Ensure stock count results are accurately recorded and updated across systems.
• Work with warehouse teams to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly and annual stocktake reports.
• Support other tasks assigned by the Site or Programme Lead.
Requirements
✅ Experience in warehouse, logistics or store operations.
✅ Able to coordinate a team and manage stocktaking schedules.
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
