Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you will represent recognised telco and fintech brands such as StarHub and Syfe, speaking with customers in person across Singapore.
You will receive structured training, work alongside experienced sales leaders and develop the skills to take on greater responsibility within the team. We are looking for people who are competitive, coachable and serious about improving.
What you will do:
- Represent our client brands at their campaign locations
- Meet customers in person, understand what they actually need, and explain the offer clearly
- Close sign-ups honestly, only where the product fits the customer
- Log your activity and results accurately every day
- Join daily team training and apply the feedback in your next session
How our team operates:
- Daily coaching session before every working day
- Your own scoreboard: activity, sign-ups and progress, reviewed with your team lead
- Results recognised in front of the team
Who this suits:
- Able to open a professional conversation with a new customer and explain an offer clearly
- Able to stay composed when a customer says no and move on to the next conversation
- No prior sales experience or degree needed. We train you from the start
