Our client, One of the reputable US brand is coming to Singapore
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming customers, taking orders, processing payments, and serving food and beverages efficiently
- Prepare coffee and beverages in accordance with recipes, SOPs, and service standards while ensuring quality, consistency, and minimal wastage
- Operate, maintain, and clean coffee machines, Javabot™, grinders, and other café equipment, performing routine checks as required
- Monitor inventory, replenish stock, conduct expiry checks, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and workplace hygiene
- Build strong product knowledge to recommend suitable beverages, work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, and continuously enhance coffee-making skills
Requirements
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service
- Warm, approachable, and service-oriented with a passion for creating positive customer experiences
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to learn and improve through feedback
- Singaporean only
