💰 Salary: Up to $3,500/month
💵 Fixed allowance: $400/month
🌙 Night allowance: Additional $45/night shift
📍 Location: Near Braddell MRT
📅 Contract: 12 months, extendable
🗓️ Work week: Five-day roster, including weekends
Rotating Shifts
☀️ Day: 6.45am–7.15pm
🌙 Night: 6.45pm–7.15am
Shifts rotate quarterly. Candidates must be comfortable with overnight and weekend duties.
What You’ll Do
- Handle enquiries through email and phone
- Support banking payment-system users
- Log, track and follow up on incidents and service requests
- Assist with issues involving FAST, IBG, PayNow, cheques, funds transfers and cross-border services
- Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 technical teams
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors
- Track SLAs, system downtime and incident resolution
- Communicate Root Cause Analysis and service updates
- Notify participants about upcoming UAT and production releases
- Coordinate release activities with stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma
- Prior banking customer service, bank contact-centre or helpdesk-support experience
- Good understanding of banking payment systems
- ServiceNow ITSM or CSM experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment
- Able to work rotating day, overnight and weekend shifts
