Job Title: Kitchen Crew (Morning Shift, Yong Tau Foo Assistant)
Location: 20 Ghim Moh Road, Ghim Moh Market & Food Centre
Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable Kitchen Crew member to join our hawker team on the morning shift. You will help prepare and serve yong tau foo in a fast-paced, friendly environment. We value teamwork, a good work ethic and respect for colleagues of all backgrounds.
Job Description
- Prepare ingredients such as tofu, vegetables and fish paste, and assist with stuffing and cooking yong tau foo.
- Support daily stall operations, including setting up, serving customers and replenishing stock.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards in line with SFA requirements.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and timely service during morning hours.
Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Dependant's Pass holders with valid work authorisation may apply).
- Prior kitchen or hawker experience is an advantage, but training will be provided to willing learners.
- Able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting, with a positive attitude and good teamwork.
- Willing to work morning shifts.
