🌟 About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to join our team!

If you enjoy coordination, documentation and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! You will play an important role in coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents and liaising with freight forwarders and shipping agents to ensure all deliveries and export arrangements are completed accurately and on time.

📋 Job Responsibilities

📄 Prepare, verify and maintain shipping and logistics documents accurately.
🗂️ Prepare and manage shipping documents
🛃 Assist with permit declarations and export documentation in accordance with relevant requirements.
🚚 Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents and transport providers to coordinate shipments and export arrangements.
📦 Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on delivery and collection arrangements.
📞 Respond to shipping-related enquiries and provide the necessary documentation to internal and external parties.
🤝 Work closely with the Customer Service, Warehouse and other internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment processing.
✅ Carry out other shipping and administrative duties as assigned.
