Job Responsibilities: 

  • Guide clients and visitors to the meeting rooms.  
  • Making drinks for internal and external customer.  
  • Take down beverage orders for meetings and sessions.  
  • Executes catering order set ups, arrange beverage for functions and events as instructed.  
  • Executes conference room set ups.  
  • Serve food and beverage for internal and external customer as requested.  
  • Assist Hospitality Manager to liaise with outside vendors to carry out equipment maintenance, catering orders and pantry orders.  
  • Handle internal poster, memo or any communication materials to pantry equipment as instructed. 
  • Ensure equipment, amenities and conference room facilities with defects are raised to Supervisor, or Hospitality Manager. 

Health and Safety Responsibilities:  

  • Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures  
  • Follow all Emergency Response plans on site  
  • Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks   
  • Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
