Engineering Admin Assistant | 1-Year Contract
📍Jurong Island (Transport to and from Jurong East Mrt provided)
⏰Shift Timings: Between 7:15am - 5:15pm
💰Allowance + 1 month completion bonus available ‼️
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant building and drainage system maintenance, inspections, repairs and contractor coordination for site utilities.
- Conduct risk assessments, monitor Permit to Work (PTW) compliance and follow up on plant facility safety issues.
- Support Engineering and Shutdown Maintenance (SDM) activities, including equipment tagging, failure data entry, inspections and document management.
- Manage Engineering administrative tasks, including vendor certifications, security passes, procurement and accurate purchase records in SAP.
- Participate in JSOX audits, spare parts inventory audits, safety programmes and 5S activities.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/NITEC in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, independent and resourceful, with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work overtime when required and willing to work on Jurong Island.
