Job Details:
📍 Location: Chai Chee
💰 Salary: $12/hr
⏳ Duration: 16 Nov to 18 Dec
🕑 Working hours: Mon to Fri 830am to 6pm
Job Scope:
📞 Handle inbound calls from members of the public
📞 Answer calls through system with headsets, write down enquiries in system, assist customers over the phone, write in system things advised
Requirements:
✅ Min GCE O Levels with at least 2 years of customer service experience
✅ Able to commit throughout
