Location: Hill St
Mon - Thu (9am - 6.30pm) Fri (9am - 6pm)

Responsibilities
- Manage daily website content updates, uploads, event listings, and digital records
- Handle content update requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate event approval processes and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Perform quality checks before content goes live and monitor published content for accuracy
- Prepare weekly performance reports and compile key metrics
- Support data analysis, trend tracking, and campaign performance reporting
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic data analysis and ability to interpret trends and reports
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CSV file handling
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality-checking skills
- Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
