Beauty Therapist | Basic $2,000–$2,400 + Commission
Job Responsibilities
- Perform facial, body and hair removal treatments.
- Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Deliver professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain treatment equipment and products.
- Support daily salon operations and team sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant beauty industry experience.
- Experience in facial, body or hair removal treatments preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster.
Working Hours
- 5-day workweek, based on rotating shifts.
- Minimum 8 off days per month.
- Salon operating hours:
- Monday–Saturday: 10am–9.15pm
- Sunday: 10am–8pm
- Actual working hours and breaks will follow the assigned roster.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly basic salary: $2,000–$2,400.
- Performance and punctuality allowance: Up to $300/month.
- Hands-on treatment incentives: $300–$500/month, subject to eligibility.
