Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in daily sales and marketing activities.
Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Conduct customer visits and site surveys; prepare proposals, quotations and contracts.
Manage customer relationships, enquiries, negotiations and project requirements.
Coordinate with Operations and customers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve issues.
Support billing activities including tax invoices, progress claims, statements of accounts and payment follow-up.
Manage company website, marketing materials and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities and prepare monthly management reports.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or Project Sales, preferably in engineering, construction, industrial, or related field
Comfortable travelling between sites occasionally; a driving licence is an advantage
