Sunday Site Support (Part Time): Housekeeping, Gardening and Maintenance
Wildlings runs outdoor nature programmes for children at Dempsey and West Coast Park. We need a practical, reliable person on Sundays to keep our sites clean, tidy and in good working order while the team looks after the children and families attending the day's programmes.
What you’ll do
- Help open and close the site
- Housekeeping: keep working areas and play areas clean and tidy and well presented
- Gardening: watering, weeding, pruning and keeping paths and planting beds tidy
- Feed and look after the chickens
- Fix things when they go wrong: a fan that stops, a tripped circuit breaker, a loose fitting, a broken piece of equipment as per candidate's skill set
- Help set up and pack away for parties and sessions
- Spot hazards, then fix them or report them
Who we’re looking for
- Singapore Citizen or PR (work passes are not available for part-time roles)
- Handy and practical: you can work out why something has stopped working and sort it out
- Happy working outdoors in the heat
- Reliable, every Sunday
- Able to follow written safety notes and instructions and keep in touch on WhatsApp
- Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, gardening, landscaping or maintenance is a plus
Hours: Every Sunday, 8.45am to 6.00pm, including a 1-hour paid lunch
Location: Dempsey (Loewen Road) or West Coast Park, as needed
