Job Summary
We are seeking motivated chefs at all levels to join our Food & Beverage team in Singapore on a full-time basis. You will help prepare high-quality dishes in a well-organised kitchen that values teamwork, continuous learning and merit-based progression. Job Description
- Prepare salads and deep-fried items to consistent standards of taste, presentation and food safety.
- Make fresh pasta and fresh pizza daily, following established recipes and techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to keep the kitchen organised, efficient and hygienic, and support service during busy periods.
- Learn new skills and take on varied responsibilities across kitchen stations, regardless of your position.
Job Requirements
- Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to different roles and stations within the kitchen.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with good organisational skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices; relevant culinary experience or training is advantageous, but motivated beginners are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills and respect for a diverse, multicultural workplace.
