About the Role
Our Workforce Experience Executives support contingent workers from day one through contract completion—checking in regularly, resolving issues early, and making sure workers feel heard, valued, and set up for success.
Key Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for contingent workers across their contract lifecycle.
Conduct regular check-ins (in person, phone, message) to gauge satisfaction and lower attrition.
Follow up on worker queries, complaints, and requests to close them out.
Track milestones (probation, renewals) and partner with onsite leadership on trends and redeployments.
Escalate employee relations, safety, or compliance concerns.
Maintain accurate worker interaction records and assist with onboarding.
Requirements
2+ years in candidate care, HR coordination, ER, or customer success (contingent/blue-collar workforce preferred).
CEI certified or willing to obtain.
Strong English communication. Conversational Mandarin, Tamil, or Bahasa is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office; SAP Fieldglass experience is an advantage.
