Job Scope: 

  • To establish standard flow / operating instructions for Product Engineering and Manufacturing process.
  • Conduct Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis (FMEA) where applicable.
  • Familiar with the operation of wafer sort test (Tester platforms/ Probers).
  • Work and communicate with customers on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Coordinate device start up and transfer.
  • Review and analyze wafer test yields, Hold Lot Disposition and resolve (debug) any associated issues impacting yield performance (Yield Improvement).
  • Perform device / hardware test qualification / Correlation and the issuance of the associated reports.
  • Develop and conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) where applicable.
  • Support manufacturing operations (Line Support) on technical issues relating to device testing.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Relevant Engineering Course 
- Familiar with wafer sort test, prober operations (TSK or OPUS), and tester platforms (U-FLEX, J750, Verigy 93K, Magnum or Advantest Tester)
