Summary

The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (AMC) ensures the smooth delivery of passenger, cargo and ground services through planning for operational activities and arranging adequate manpower and other necessary resourcing for these activities. He is responsible for the serviceability of all facilities and equipment, and ensures rectification of abnormalities. He recommends enhancements to service policies and standards to increase the operational effectiveness of the unit, and mitigates safety and/or security risks by ensuring measures are put in place to prevent recurrence of any lapses, errors or losses.

The Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager has excellent planning and people management skills to manage teams and staff effectively. He is also well-versed in policy and safety requirements and practices of the organisation

Job Requirements

• Diploma with operation management experience preferred
• Prior experience with Fuel / aviation industry preferred
• Ability to use Apps and have cybersecurity awareness
• Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
