Rest Days
Mondays and Tuesdays
Responsible for preparing and cooking pan-fried dumplings in a hawker centre, ensuring product quality and food hygiene standards, and providing customers with high-quality food.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients such as fillings and dough, ensuring all ingredients meet hygiene standards.
- Handcraft and wrap pan-fried dumplings according to recipes.
- Cook pan-fried dumplings on a pan/griddle, controlling the heat and cooking time to guarantee quality.
- Receive customer orders and serve food on time.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the stall, cooking tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Experience in pan-fried dumpling preparation or relevant kitchen work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good food safety and hygiene awareness.
- Possess a Singapore Food Hygiene Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Eligibility: Singapore Citizens pr Permanent Residents (PR)
Working Environment Work in a hawker centre stall environment, requiring standing for long periods and exposure to heat sources.
