We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Executive to support our Quality Assurance (QA) team in maintaining food safety and quality standards across our supply chain, production facilities, and outlets. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in food safety and quality management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and maintaining the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) based on HACCP principles.
Support internal food safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Monitor food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards across operational sites.
Assist in supplier assessments, audits, and food safety controls.
Maintain and update QA documentation, including SOPs, records, forms, and policies.
Support food safety and quality training programs for employees.
Coordinate product testing, including microbiological analysis and record maintenance.
Assist in preparing for external audits and certifications, including SS444:2018 and ISO 22000.
Support investigations into customer complaints, food safety incidents, non-conformances, and quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, including the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), when required.
Conduct routine inspections on products, facilities, and operations to ensure compliance with established standards.
Perform other QA-related duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with QA/QC experience will have an advantage.
Experience in food manufacturing, catering, food service, or hospitality industries is preferred.
Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and GHP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
