Kitchen Crew – SEOUL TOFU (Woodleigh Mall)
Location: Woodleigh Mall, Singapore
Position: Kitchen Crew (Korean Cuisine)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prepare and cook Korean dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Handle wok cooking and basic stir-frying.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assist with ingredient preparation, stock management and kitchen closing duties.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Basic wok cooking skills are required.
- Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or F&B environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Korean cuisine is an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Responsible, hardworking and a good team player.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
