M Stand – Shift Supervisor
Location: Suntec City, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Store Manager
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the team in delivering quality coffee and providing warm, friendly customer service.
2. Assist with staff scheduling, manpower allocation, sales targets, promotions, beverage preparation, store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, cashiering and daily operations.
3. Support shift management, cost control, inventory management, food safety and incident handling.
4. Assist in training new baristas, improving their coffee-making skills, product knowledge and operational performance.
5. Monitor beverage quality, preparation efficiency and consistency to ensure brand and food safety standards are met.
6. Oversee store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
Job Requirements
1. Relevant supervisory or store operations experience in Singapore’s F&B or coffee industry, with knowledge of local employment practices and food safety regulations.
2. Good English communication skills. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for work-related communication.
3. Experience in new store openings or pre-opening preparations is an advantage.
4. Knowledge of staff scheduling, manpower deployment, inventory management, cost control and employee training.
5. Strong customer service mindset, responsible, proactive and able to work under pressure.
6. At least 1 years of experience in coffee, F&B, retail or chain service operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare store reports.
