WE’RE HIRING: GROWTH PARTNER 🚀
Are you the person who always brings energy, a can-do attitude, and loves connecting people?
We are a forward-thinking Financial Advisory firm, and we’re looking for a Recruitment & Growth officer to help bring like-minded partners on board.
Min Age: 21
Min Education: Diploma
No boring corporate suits here. Just pure growth, financial freedom, and a bright, positive attitude that wants to see everyone win.
🔥 The Vibe Check:
- Be the Ultimate Matchmaker: Use your bright, positive personality to scout, connect with, and recruit ambitious talent to join our advisory team.
⚡ What We Are Looking For (Is this you?):
- You are a People Magnet: You genuinely enjoy connecting with others, hearing their stories, and helping them level up.
- Gen Z / Gen Alpha Fluent: You know how they think and what they value (flexibility, autonomy, purpose).
- Main Character Energy: You are bright, enthusiastic, and resilient. A "no" doesn't stop you; it just means you haven't found the right match yet.
- No Cap: You don’t want to be limited by a flat salary. You want your effort to dictate your outcome.
💎 The Perks:
- Flexible Work Arrangement: You decide your own schedule. All that matters is you deliver results.
- Earning Potential: High commission structure that rewards you for kickstarting the right conversations
