Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain overall store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Manager to support business operations.
Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively in English. (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
