Looking for a flexible part-time role at an iconic attraction? Join the ticketing team and help visitors begin their Gardens experience on a great note! 🌸
💰 Pay
- Weekdays: $10/hour
- Weekends: $12/hour
- Lunch and dinner provided on weekends 🍱
📍 Location: Gardens by the Bay
📆 Duration: Minimum 3 months, with potential extension
🗓 Commitment: Minimum 2 days per week, including weekends when rostered
⏰ Working hours: 8–12-hour shifts scheduled between 8.30am and 9.30pm
🎫 What You’ll Do
- Provide information and assistance to visitors
- Check admission tickets
- Sell attraction tickets using the Galaxy system
- Handle cash, NETS and credit-card payments
- Perform cashier closing and end-of-shift settlement
- Support crowd control and visitor safety
- Assist during events and programmes
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Customer-oriented and comfortable engaging visitors
- Able to handle cash and electronic payments accurately
- Computer-literate and able to learn ticketing systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit consistently for at least 3 months
- Cashiering experience is a strong advantage
- Able to follow workplace grooming standards
