🚀 I DIDN'T JOIN JUST TO PLAY IT SAFE.
I wanted more than a comfortable routine. I wanted to challenge myself, improve my people skills, and earn based on my performance.
That's what brought me into face-to-face marketing at Maximus Organisation.
So, what does the role actually involve?
You'll be working on-site at assigned locations, approaching members of the public, starting conversations, presenting campaigns and encouraging support for our partnered organisations. You'll work towards performance targets, receive feedback from your mentors, and learn how to communicate, handle rejection and improve your results.
Let's be real: this is an active, people-facing role. You'll spend much of your working day standing, approaching strangers and having conversations. Rejection is part of the job, and results depend on your performance. This isn't a desk job, a work-from-home role or a position where you wait for customers to come to you.
I'm looking for people who are competitive, proactive and coachable — people who take responsibility, act on feedback and want to get better instead of making excuses.
No prior sales experience is required, but a willingness to learn and put in consistent effort is essential.
💰 Performance-based payouts with uncapped potential
🤝 Hands-on training and 1-to-1 mentorship
📈 Opportunities to develop leadership skills
✈️ Potential business travel opportunities
If you're comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone and want to be rewarded for your effort, apply now.
👉 Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
