📍Location: AMK / Ubi 

 💸Pay: $2600

⌛Duration: 1 year extendable / convertible 

🕓Working Hours:  Mon to Fri. 9.00am – 5.00pm 

or 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

  • Shift 1: 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Shift 2: 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM

📝Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
  • Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system


✅Requirements 

  • Min GCE 'N' Level
  • Prior customer service or call centre experience is preferred
  • Well-spoken and tech savvy
