Job Details:
- Office Location: Ubi
- Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 6 months contract (able to extend)
- Salary: $13 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Members of Public, handling enquiries professionally and confidently.
- Build strong understanding of customer needs, anticipate concerns, and deliver solutions with customer satisfaction as a priority.
- Provide clear explanations and take ownership of issues through effective follow-up and resolution.
- Accurately document all interactions in the designated case management system.
- Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with Members of Public.
- Coordinate with internal Points of Contact (POCs) and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution and closure.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service or call-centre experience.
- O-Level / Higher NITEC qualification or equivalent
