About the role
This is a Barista position focused on preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages to standard recipes, managing bar operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages to standard recipes
- Manage bar mise en place, cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Take and serve orders at the bar when needed
- Assist with stock checks, replenishment, and simple inventory tasks
- Train junior baristas and support small activations or merch displays
About you
- Strong interest in coffee and hospitality
- Cheerful, service-oriented attitude
- Prior Barista/F&B experience preferred but not required; training provided
