Warehouse Assistant - Semicon Industry
- Basic $2000 - $2200 + Shift Allowance + OT Payable
- Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday
- Serangoon North (With transport from AMK mrt)
- Shift available: (can choose 1 fixed shift)
Shift 1: 6:45AM to 3:15PM
Shift 2: 2:45PM to 11:15PM +$15 shift allowance per day
Shift 3: 10.45pm to 7.15am + $25 shift allowance per day
Job Scope:
- Perform inventory transactions and ensure all inventory transactions are updated within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
- Perform physical tasks involved in receiving, warehousing, packing, storing, and distributing raw materials to production / customers.
- Ensure cleanliness and 6S in the warehouse area.
- Ensure that all parts requiring inspection are sent to QA with all proper documentation before releasing to the production floor or putting into stock locations.
- Monitor and improve daily operational processes.
- Organize paperwork for efficient and accurate tracking.
- Assist in weekly cycle counts and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Work rotating shifts depending on demand volume.
- Generate monthly reports and KPIs.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
