- Operating hours: 0800 – 2000hrs (Mon – Fri), 0800 – 1700hrs (Sat)
- Shift work: 0800 – 1700hrs / 0900 – 1800hrs / until 2000 hrs covered by OT
- Mon-Fri / Alternate Sat
Responsibilities:
- Handle payment collection, reconciliation, refunds, and cash float management
- Process road tax renewals and update vehicle records, including IU, OBU, and private-hire car decal details
- Assist with customer bookings, amendments, cancellations, and enquiries via walk-in, phone, and email
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure confidentiality of customer information
- Perform administrative duties, housekeeping, and operational support as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification
- Candidates with relevant customer service, cashiering, or administrative experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and at different locations when required
