Job Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations (RFQ)
- Compare supplier quotations, costs and delivery lead times
- Support vendor registration and onboarding processes
- Prepare procurement documents and maintain records
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
- Assist with other purchasing and administrative duties
Requirements
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
