Brand Ambassador (Part Time)
What you’ll do
- Proactively approach shoppers near the checkout area to introduce on-demand furniture transport services.
- Guide customers through downloading the app, applying promotional codes, and placing delivery orders.
- Answer service enquiries and provide clear, friendly guidance throughout the booking process.
- Liaise with matched Lalamove driver-partners to coordinate pickups and assist with booking or pickup issues.
- Deliver attentive customer service and proactively support customers’ needs.
- Maintain promotional materials and displays in line with established visual and branding guidelines.
- Represent the brand professionally and ensure consistent execution of in-store promotional activities.
What we seek
- 0-2 years of customer service related or retail sales experience
- Confident, outgoing, and proactive personality; comfortable initiating conversations with shoppers.
- Confidence in using mobile apps and guiding customers through their features.
- Excellent organisational skills & interpersonal communication skills
- Diligent, detail-minded, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in retails/sales/events organization would be an added advantage
