Finance Executive (Govt, Fixed Assets)

- Salary: $3,500/month Leaves Medical Coverage
- Location: Hampshire Road
- Contract: 1 year (Renewable)
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, Office Hour (Hybrid)
- Update asset records for new assets, transfers and disposals.
- Check asset balances and follow up on any differences.
- Check project costs and update asset records when projects are completed.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing and prepare reports.
- Prepare documents for audits and follow up with internal teams on asset matters.
- Accountancy knowledge or a relevant professional qualification.
- Min 2-3 years of finance or accounting experience. Fixed asset experience is preferred.
- Familiar with accounting standards, financial reporting and internal controls.
- Knowledge of SAP, AI tools, data analytics or RPA is an advantage.
- Singaporean only.
