  • Welcome and seat guests, provide menus, and recommend popular dishes and promotions.
  • Take food and drink orders using the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks according to service standards.
  • Attend to customers’ questions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Handle payments and cash accurately.
  • Keep the dining area, tables, and service areas clean and tidy.
