Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities
- Raise IT service requests on behalf of users through the IT Service Management (ITSM) workflow system.
- Perform IT administrative tasks, including adding users to groups, distribution lists and mailboxes.
- Support projects involving bulk user access provisioning.
- Coordinate IT access provisioning with internal customers.
- Respond to email enquiries from internal users promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems and workflows.
- Prior administrative or support experience, preferably in an IT environment.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and technologies.
- Strong organisational, time management and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
