Job Responsibilities :

Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards.Maintain food quality, taste, and portion control.Prepare ingredients, manage stock, and keep the kitchen clean.Follow SFA food safety and hygiene standards.Work with the kitchen team during busy periods.Assist with menu planning and food cost control.Train and guide junior kitchen staff

  • Familiar with basic kitchen operations and management.
  • Skilled in Chinese Cooking techniques including wok cooking, steaming, boiling, braising, and sauce preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate daily kitchen tasks.
  • Able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
